As CLVS's, our videographers are required to maintain continuing education units to keep their certification current. This requirement ensures that we have the latest knowledge of the happenings in the legal video world.

We offer your choice of format including DVD, MPEG or synchronized to the transcript text.  TimeCoder Pro is the synchronization tool that we use. We can produce the transcript synchronized with the video on a DVD for use on a computer or a DepoView DVD for use on a computer or traditional DVD player.

Having your deposition video recorded enhances your ability to save a witness's testimony for future use if the occasion happens where the witness may become ill, has an accident, or is unavailable for any reason at the time of trial preparation or for trial presentation.

Having a witness's testimony video recorded can aid to the decorum of the proceedings with a hostile litigant or a hostile witness being less disruptive and more cooperative when they are conscious of the videographer recording the proceedings for posterity.  Playing a video deposition during trial for the court and jury is also effective in portraying body language or demeanor that is not preserved on the written record.
